The original Selleck Nicholls was started by Claude Selleck in 1929 in St Austell, Cornwall and became one of the Counties best known house builders. He was followed by further generations of Selleck’s and the current Selleck Nicholls is now celebrating it’s 25th year after being started by Andrew & Sharon Selleck in 1984.
