About This Project.
Mincarlo is a detached bespoke four-bedroom property in east Cornwall that replaced a commercial building on this large site which has additional frontage onto the River Inny. The property achieved an EPC “A” rating as the design used many Passivhaus principles of superinsulation, airtightness and mechanical ventilation.
