About This Project.
Sunhaven on the island of St Mary’s in the Isles of Scilly is a four bedroom five bathroom detached property on a large garden plot where site access was restricted to just 1.2m. We are proud that our innovative construction approach on this site which had severe logistical challenges requiring all materials and plant to be shipped 40miles into the Atlantic Ocean was completed on time working within a restricted programme of the off season to avoid disruption to surrounding holiday letting properties and other residents.
