A development of 49 new build properties overlooking the Tamar Valley. 24 of the properties are 2,3 and 4 bedroom and a mix of terraced, semi detached, link detached and detached. 7 were made available on an Intermediate For Sale Scheme and were heavily discounted for local qualifying purchasers. 18 will be 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes were built for a local housing provider to be part of their Rental Scheme for local qualifying people.
